Course enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your registration. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.
Course fees are due as specified at the time of enrollment. All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received before course access is granted.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Full refunds are available if requested at least 14 days before the course start date. Partial refunds may be available for requests made between 7 and 14 days before the start date. No refunds are provided for requests made less than 7 days before the course begins or after the course has started.
All content on our website and in our course materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of spry dawn or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the parties cannot reach a resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.
